Pizza Hut (Package Design)

For this project, I am redesigning Pizza Hut pizza boxes. I chose an octagon-shaped box. My goal is to cut back on cardboard and make a more environment-friendly design. On the front of my boxes, I included a drawing of a pizza I made with the pencil brush in Procreate after getting feedback to do so. In my design, the pizzas are stacked and secured. They are secured by velcro straps that seal the boxes in place until taken off by the customer. I chose the octagon shape because the pizza will have less room to move around and be more snugly fit. Another important design choice I made for this packaging is including a toppings symbol on the side of the box so you easily know which pizza is which without opening the box.
